First off I want to start out by thanking Magic Mike, Jen, Steve, Chris, Krissy, Lee and everyone else for making camp happen this year. It was, of course, the best year ever, and all of your hard work certainly paid off.
To all the staff, special guests, counsellors and instructors, you were all fantastic and it was great to have you at camp this year to learn from, hang out with, and watch your amazing talents in the art of magic.
Well, other than that, what is there to say really? I can never really manage to express my feelings about camp other than the words: Incredible, magical and family. As always, I had an amazing time. It was so good to see everyone again this year. I love how we always just jump into old conversations and get back into the swing of things as if we had never left camp!! But I've left with so many great memories and I will remeber the personal moments I shared with all of you. Especially certain great friends. (The last night in particular. The dance was phenomenal this year and then the campfire. Oh dear, that campfire. HAHA!!) For me camp, camp is like getting to go "home" for a week and being around people who always make me smile!! It was great to get closer with some people this year and all of the new people I met, I hope we stay in touch because you are all special and fantastic!! To my girls....we had one hell of a time this year!! I am so happy we could all be there this year. Meg, welcome to the crew! I will miss you all dearly for the next 51 weeks! haha. But i'm sure I will see some of you sooner! Much love always...Sam!!
p.s. Sami and Mel. I didn't make it!! The tears finally hit me this morning once I realized that camp is really over!! Miss you more than words....all of you!
